Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition they were received.
Many TM TechWorks products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, custom apparel, phone cases, mugs, stickers, and other print-on-demand products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was shipped. Please review your order carefully before checking out
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs may not be refundable.
